Refund Policy
Merchandise returned to Carla Shoes will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. We will accept the return of items in unused condition, with original tags attached and all other components included. Credit for all eligible items will be refunded back to the original form of payment. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been refunded.
